It starts the first day of class. You survey the room and decide which of your classmates are approachable enough to actually talk to. sit next to. ect. Then, of those people you decide who is not a total dweeb. Not dweeb as in geeky or alternative, but dweeb as in conversation may ultimately lead to a topic that you have absolutely no interest in. Granted, this is the hardest part of seat choosing because a person can appear like a relatively good choice. But... as soon as you sit down next to them and start talking you realize A) "BURP...the army is everything", B) "if you don't believe in Jesus Christ as your savior you are damned to hell", C) "I don't like to shower because it is against my beliefs to wash the oils my body supplies away" or D) "like OMG, my boyfriend is so dumb sometimes. I can't believe he would not buy me that coach purse. he has a job doesn't he?" That may happen, and once a conversation has begun, you will almost always be forced to sit in that same spot for the rest of the year ( unless of course you are able to make another friend who will save you a seat else where). lets continue. After you have narrowed down your search, you realize you have been looking around too long and just sit down in the closest seat wishing you could have taken longer to pick the perfect seat. So you have settled, but you might as well make the best out of your situation. You turn to the girl next to you. She seems decently friendly so you ask her a question...
"Hi! what's your name"
( girl turns around to talk to her other friends not realizing you are there)
better luck in your next class twitch-a-lot.
